My background in banking and real estate allows me to coach and assist my clients within the real estate arena as my specialties professional office spaces, retail-commercial spaces, industrial-warehouse facilities, 1-4 family residential subjects and 5+ multi-family residential units. Operating 37+ years in business has exposed me to various real estate market investments and the appropriate vehicle financing aspects of such activities.     As a Buyer's Representative, we make the buying process efficient through our network of contacts, vendors and lenders that assist us with our client's needs. We save time and effort by finding the appropriate properties that best suit the client after meeting and discussing their thoughts. We provide direct personal attention towards finding potential property that piques interest with subject comparisons provided to determine an appropriate purchase offer.


    Whilst negotiating favorable contact terms, we also assist with the loan approval process. Once under contract, we recommend a thorough inspection process regardless of the subject under consideration. We provide a thorough list of due diligence items to be requested substantiating all necessary items that our clients would want to know and discover in a property for an accurate representation of its present condition...   


    Our primary responsibility is "adding value" by looking after the client's best interests by further invoking effective and detailed communication on all relevant fronts occurring during the buying process. We advise while dealing with property/title issues, financing commitments, survey exceptions, insurance coverages, lease considerations, negotiated repairs, and the like. Our goals are achieved through our constant follow-up to best protect the client's potential investment to confidently "unlock the doors to their dreams". 


      As Seller's Representative

      As a Seller's Representative, it is our responsibility to obtain current information and relevant details about our client's property. The process of selling initiates by potentially mitigating and addressing property concerns that may have an adverse effect on the value of the subject. Upon gathering all of the relevant factors on a property, we value proposition any immediate potential to cure any deficiencies, should any exist, to maximize the potential market sale price by having the property show in its best light...


      Our marketing begins with our established base of potential buyers/investors that have done business with us, and to those who trust our information and the  "deliverables" on a subject, whether its showcased publicly, or discretely. Once a property is listed, we only share confidential property information with those clients that have the ability to act, decide and close on a subject, with NDAs in place, if needed...


      Once under contract, we invoke our standard of a detailed “Contract Compliance & Timeline” that keeps interested parties abreast of developments and apprising them of all elements involved. We note their direct responsibilities concerning any specific details related to the selling process. We believe our success always begins with ultimately striving to effectively manage all expectations towards maximizing our client's potential results.
